The majority of items in this collection were removed from acidic scrapbook during initial processing, moved into archival folders, and boxed. Oversized items were retained within the original scrapbook covers but separated with archival folders when possible; these oversized items and original scrapbook covers are housed in a second box.

The decision to reprocess the subgroups as individual collections was made by Jordan Goffin in 2018. The collection was reprocessed by Angela DiVeglia in 2021.
