Includes documents from attending and disruptiing the US Naval War College commencement exercises in June 1982 and 1983. The protest was meant to call attention to the study of war and the need for nuclear disarmament. Protestors attended the ceremonies in proper attire and smuggled in protest signs in their handbags. At a strategic moment, they stood on their chairs, held up their signs and disrupted the ceremony by calling out for nuclear disarmament.

The six peope arrested defended themselves, including jury selection and interviewing and cross-examining witnesses. Topakian argued for an acquittal motion because the prosecutor did not prove his case. The judge granted the motion.
