Wilfred E. Stone photograph collection
This collection contains 21 photographic prints made from glass plate negatives by photographer Wilfred E. Stone. These images document life in early 20th century Rhode Island, particularly 1920-1921. Though showing only a brief selection of Stone’s entire work, several towns in Rhode Island are featured including, Jamestown, Warwick, Providence, Coventry, Newport and Scituate. Titles for the images were provided by the donor.

Sullivan House photograph album
The collection consists of one photograph album of the James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House built in 1893 by William R. Walker & Son at 254 Wayland Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. Includes three exterior and 12 interior photographs of home, 1895-1897.
Raymond Loring Swain photograph collection
The collection includes 29 black and white print photographs of various locations in and around Providence, Rhode Island as well as miscellaneous fine art photographs.

Collection of Tattoo Trade Cards and Business Cards
The Providence Public Library’s Collection of Tattoo Trade Cards amd Business Cards includes business cards from tattoo artists, tattoo shops, and suppliers primarily located in the United States, though there are also a small number of international tattooists represented as well. Two separate and distinct time periods are portrayed: items from the early to mid 20th century (c.1906-c.1960) and items from the late 20th to early 21st century (c.1980-c.2019).
